Qualifications & Skills: Education: High School Diploma, Associate’s Degree, or equivalent work experience. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus. Experience: Previous experience in a back-office or administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with office software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
